Ten years in digital, mostly in government.

I work in web and digital. Day to day that means scoping and delivering projects, managing platforms and vendors, and working across teams to get things built and shipped. I started as a developer and moved into more senior roles over time. The technical background still informs how I work.

Most of my career has been in the public sector. Local government, utilities, and now the Victorian Public Service. The platforms I work on are ones the public actually uses, which matters to me.

I've delivered website rebuilds, resident portals, accessibility programmes, and vendor renegotiations. The focus is always on improving something that isn't working well and making sure the improvement holds.

Full redevelopment of lakemac.com.au on OpenCities. Rebuilt the IA, got the site to WCAG 2.1, and cut through a lot of content that had built up over the years and wasn't serving anyone.
